SENDING ORDERS FAQ

Your seed and plant orders are sent mainly via GLS courier service (we have a contract with GLS and thus better prices). We have been working with GLS for many years.

Delivery time within the Czech Republic is the following day after the shipment (when the delivery is picked up from storage) at the latest. Courier service GLS drivers will contact you by sms or by phone if you indicate your cell phone or landline number in your order. In case you are not at home or you cannot pick up the delivery at the appointed place, it is possible to agree on a different date or delivery place with the GLS driver, or else the package will be deposited in a depot next to your domicile, although repeated delivery is tried first. We are informed about the delivery status (Czech Republic and EU countries) and we can try to solve and eliminate possible difficulties with the GLS controlling center, we just need the GLS tracking number of your order (which is always indicated in the e-mail).

EU countries: It is possible to deliver packages with no restrictions to these countries:

ZONE 1- SLOVAKIA (delivery time 2 days)

ZONE 2 – GERMANY, AUSTRIA, POLAND, HUNGARY, SLOVENIA, CROATIA, ROMANIA (delivery time 2-3 days)

ZONE 3 – BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG, DENMARK, ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA (delivery time 3-4 days)

ZONE 4 - IRELAND, BULGARIA, GREAT BRITAIN, ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN (delivery time 3-7 days)

ZONE 5 – GREECE, PORTUGAL, FINLAND, SWEDEN, MALTA, CYPRUS (delivery time 3-6 days)

For the countries outside the EU the delivery is possible by Czech Post only. We ship mostly seeds from grow rooms (all plants are subject to a lengthy customs, phyto-quarantine and Cites export procedure). You can ask us individually about more information in advance. We will be pleased to advise you and answer all your questions.
